About Me:
Dr Michele Chaban MSW, RSW,PhD is a poly-scholar in end of life care. Her academic background is in theology, human spirituality, comparative literatures, art , the social sciences and social reform in health care. She has had a clinical mindfulness and meditation practice since the early 1990's. Currently she is the Director of the Contemplative End of Life Program at the Institute for Traditional Medicine in Toronto, a mentor in end of life care and mindfulness practice through Tony Toneatto's TAPE Program ( Toronto) and Co-director of the Clinical Mindfulness Program at University of Toronto's Faculty of Social Work. She is also a PhD supervisor at University of Wales ( Lampeter). She has a private practice ( habitathealing.com) and is a published author.
